Is sinnoh the northernmost region? It seems like none of the other regions have any considerable amount of snowy areas (except maybe unova).

In the world? No. Parts of Russia are a bit more northern than Sinnoh, and even then, that’s not covering the northernmost points of North America or the claimed polar territories of Europe.

However, Sinnoh is, at the very least, the northernmost region in Japan.
