Whatever happened to Magikarp guy…

She won the championship title, then forfeited it back to the previous champion and then went on to tackle the other regions in much the same way. From what I understand, she’s currently training her magikarp in the mountains. Not Mt. Silver like Red—just … the mountains. As you do with a magikarp.

I can’t tell you how many companies have openly expressed their disappointment that they couldn’t get her magikarp to serve as their spokesmon.

Oh, don’t worry. They’re only as thick and durable as coconuts, really, so they’re not exactly indestructible (or recommended as materials to make hard hats). If a particularly tall Alolan exeggutor attempted to drop one of its eggs, then it would very likely break, so the mother may need assistance or some coaxing to bend over a bit.

Im pretty sure Gallades have very good balance! Teach him to spin and dance, getting in tune with a new body needs balance! The elegance of ballet would do just the trick for ease, comfort, and confidence! If he feels confident with his body, then youll be able to tell if his anxiety is truely about battling or not!

Excellent point! This is also a good option for a recently evolved gallade.

Edit: No, really, this was actually a conscious decision because 1) luxray are cooler, which is an opinion that may or may not be influenced by my Nuzlocking attempts, and 2) I wasn’t sure how okay naming the Black Panther expy after liepard would be for various reasons. So … luxray.

Anon with the fear of fairy-types here; I ended up having a pretty long talk with my girlfriend, and she was actually really understanding? We decided to go see an earlier matinee, then got takeout for dinner and ate in the park while her clefable and my cubone got to know each other. Your suggestion about having him as a buffer was great; I’m still working up to a one-on-one meeting, but seeing how well our pokemon played together made me think things will work out.
